“One must step back. Instead of going with the flow, one must climb onto the banks and look at the river until you understand its course, recognise its potential and decide what has to be done.’ “

Dorothy Thompson

Systemic Constellations

Systemic constellations* are an effective way of making changes in organisations and in people’s lives. Constellations work by making invisible dynamics visible.

Over the last 7 years, Penny has trained with many constellators (experienced in organisational and family work) including John Whittington, Judith Hemming, Jan Jacob Stam, Barbara Hoogenboom and Ty Francis. This systemic approach runs through her practice.  She continues to be surprised by the insights and shifts both for herself and for her clients.

Penny guided me to a point where I was more comfortable and able to think about how to share my thoughts and strategies with my team who were looking for greater support and direction
